Bass fishing on the historic big lake Oviachic is fantastic year round. Come out for a combo fishing and hunting trip during our hunting season Oct thru the first week of March. Or join us whenever you like.

In the spring we recommend March, April, May and June. The fishing is great in July and August but it gets very hot. In the fall we recommend any time. Get a group together or come as a single. You’re always welcome.

1. 7 To 7 ½ med to heavy rods.
2. 20lb test line — 30lb braid line on top water
3. Plastics are the prefered bait 6 to 7 inches. Senko type plastic, large lizards and worms, zoom mag lizards, monster worms in green are the best .
4. Comfort and style on the water is yours in high performance bass boats from Bass Cat, Triton and Phoenix boats.

Distance to the lake is 45 min from the lodge and transportation is by van or 4 wheel drive vehicle depending on the size of the group. And all our drivers speak English.
